Anyway, I realized I've been skimming my rear end thru all the subs as of late.barely passing, barely not failing.All the barely(s).The norm.And I realized its time to pull my socks up.DIEEE!!

And today, I will ramble..aboutt..cartoons..a brief one before I go on to do my work, or to touch it up, or something. I'M BACK! My apologies for the unusually long hiatus.The past 4 days have been exceptionally weird yet lovely all in one.Oxymoron right that.Haha.

ANYWAYYY..a couple of days back(or maybe further) I heard about how Greece lost a place in the Uefa cup.Now I dont really care much about 22 men on a field manhandling each other for a ball(Irony here, cause soccer is one of the most manly sports around, and somehow, the above sentence screams gay).But anyway, It got me thinking and I realised that Greeks weren't built for soccer, thats why they keep losing.But discus throwing and arts, they are good.But thats not it.you know what greeks are built for? WAR.yes.war.Send 5 greeks to iraq and you'll have a whole new greek village with zilch violence.Yes.of course not send greeks with guns.send greeks with Xiphos and their 8 footers and their gods(think spartans).TADA! done :D

Anyway, today, before I conk out, I wish to talk about how money isnt the root of all evil.It isnt.Yearning is. To have all the money in the world, doesnt make you the most evil person on earth, it makes you the richest, it makes you target practice on dartboards at the local pub, and it sure as hell makes you very very happy( if you are the superficial sort). But money isnt evil.why? cause money is nothing but the means to an end.So what is the real evil.The real evil is yearning.When one yearns for something("the grass is greener on the other side" theory), it may make them do things they shouldn't do, depending on the degree of want. Be it a sports car, approval or anything as mundane as the newest bike tyre that your neighbour has, if you want it bad enough, you will do things to get it.And one commonly sought after thing is money.cause people think with money, you can live luxuriously.With money, all your worries are gone. With money, everything is solved(yearning and all). so they strive for it to get more by hook or by crook, and when they finally get it, they want more and more and more, till they have enough(which normally is never), then they realize money doesnt solve all.So all in all, my conclusion is this: money isnt the root of all evil, yearning is. Oh, I was reading the papers when they had this locations to do stuff in town and they had this coteogory which went like,"places to meet women" and "places to meet men" and they went on to describe what age group hangs there and assumptions why.So that brings me to the whole point of WHAT THE HELL IS THAT FOR? are you trying to tell the world, Expats and all, that if you are desperate to meet people of the opposite sex(or the same sex, if you swing that way) then pls go to these places and start staring..I think its just degrading, like these are where they hang out, go there see which one you like and go over and say hi..fish market isit? hello? Stupid reporter who wrote the article, and stupid editor for approving it.
